Who is Delta Group?


Terry Bettis – President

With nearly 40 years in the advertising business, Terry has experienced every aspect of multi-media campaigns. A 17 year career in radio made his entrance into the agency business a smooth one. Then, being an on-camera spokesman for several accounts made working with television stations a natural. During all of that, he continually honed his skills as a copy writer. After purchasing the agency in 1993, he has help build it into one of the few remaining full service advertising agencies in West Texas.


Mickey Gaines – Account Executive

Mickey first worked for Delta Group in 2002, working with the Lithia automobile dealerships in Midland / Odessa. After that, he worked directly for Lithia as an account manager from 2004-2009.  He then rejoined Delta, continuing to work with several accounts in Midland, Odessa and Corpus Christi. His responsibilities include campaign planning, budget allocations, production scheduling, and direct mail.


Jeff Bettis – Account Executive

Jeff’s been with the agency for 5 years, and coordinates all of our print production and scheduling, which includes online web banner design, email campaigns, and weekly/monthly print ads. He also has a client list that he works directly with, managing their monthly budget, and production schedule.


Jim Christoferson – Account Executive

Jim began writing commercials and slogans for local businesses more than 40 years ago while still in high school. Since that time, his creative work has earned him More than 100 Addy Awards including a Regional Gold Addy judged the best 60 second radio commercial among entries from all markets in Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana. His recent experience includes radio station ownership, management of multiple stations for Cumulus, and working at KTXS TV in Abilene, Texas.


Linda Christopherson – Media Planner

Having been with Delta Group since it’s inception, Linda’s goal is to give you the most efficient media buy possible. Her primary responsibilities include research, negotiation and placement of all media. She’s also has years of experience dealing with COOP funds, so if that’s part of your marketing plans, you’ll be in good hands. Even with a reputation for “getting what she wants” — the media loves her. That’s good for you.


Claudia Bettis – Office Manager

Everything else falls under this title! From making sure coop invoices are properly filed – to getting checks out on time – Claudia is the one who handles it.


Adam Allegrucci – Multimedia Director

With the increased use of online exposure, it’s imperative to have someone of Adam’s capability. From basic web design, to fully interactive systems – he can help businesses take full advantage of their products and services. He also has tremendous experience in both graphic design and video production.


Mike Claspil – Production Manager

Our in-house video department is led by Mike Claspill, who “grew up” working in the production department at KTAB TV. His experience started with “video tape” and now extends to “video cards, HD video, online editing, and digital video”. All of our video is produced in-house, both shooting and editing, and Mike coordinates all of it.


Eric Guerrero – Graphic Designer

Another one of our team dedicated to graphic design. With experience at the Abilene Reporter News, he brings a wealth of knowledge to our clients.
